Check in and credential check will commence at 6:45. The Club lounge will be open to attendees after the meeting.
In addition to the business of the Society over the last year, the AGM will provide an opportunity to present and consider the significant changes that will be undertaken in the coming year, including the formation of a new separate society that intends to become the Provincial Sport Organization for ultimate in BC, and the potential steps to ensure that the BCDSS remains strong and fiscally healthy through 2012 and in the years to come.
An agenda will be forthcoming in the next week. Any new business must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 by email at discbc@bcdss.ca.
